About the Role
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality for mobile applications? We’re seeking a skilled QA Mobile Tester to join our digital quality assurance team in Pune. In this role, you’ll work alongside agile teams to deliver robust, user-friendly mobile solutions across Android and iOS platforms. If you have hands-on experience with tools like Appium, Selenium, and mobile testing frameworks, this is your chance to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX/Design, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver critical projects on time.

Manage the bug lifecycle: defect tracking, detailed reporting, analysis, and validation.

Create comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases from requirements; utilize Jira to oversee all phases of the testing process.

Review business and technical documentation to pinpoint gaps and identify critical test areas.

Define and execute testing strategies for mobile applications, including test planning, unit, integration, system, and regression testing.

Troubleshoot issues on Android and iOS devices, ensuring smooth user experience across platforms.

Provide responsive support for issues reported via email, phone, or internal channels.

Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and a detailed knowledge base.

Conduct manual and exploratory testing to validate application features and usability.

Utilize and gain exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, Azure, Athena, and Data Dog for test and incident management.
Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in mobile testing frameworks such as Appium and Selenium.

Experience with manual and automated testing of mobile applications (iOS, Android, web-based, and database-connected).

Proficiency in QA methodologies, troubleshooting, and defect management.

Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Azure).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear issue reporting and documentation.

Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to provide outstanding support and resolve queries professionally.

Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in documenting test cases, test results, and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to monitoring and analytics tools such as Athena and Data Dog.
