By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using MegaMindJobs in any way, you agree to:

  • Be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Accept full responsibility for your account activity

2. Services Description

🆓 Free Services Include:

  • Browse job listings posted on our platform
  • Search jobs by location, role, company, skills
  • Create a basic profile with resume upload
  • Apply to jobs (redirected to company websites)
  • Receive general job alerts via email (weekly)

⭐ Premium Services Include (₹299/month or ₹2,999/year):

  • AI-Powered Job Matching: Daily 2-3 personalized job recommendations based on your resume, skills, and preferences
  • WhatsApp Delivery: Jobs sent directly to your WhatsApp (no need to check email)
  • Early Access: Get notified about new jobs 24 hours before free users
  • Resume Insights: AI analysis of your resume with improvement suggestions
  • Application Tracking: Track all jobs you’ve applied to in one dashboard
  • Priority Support: Get responses within 24 hours
  • Job Success Tips: Personalized guidance for each matched job

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

4. Premium Subscription Terms

📅 Free Trial: New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

🔄 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.

💰 Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via Razorpay. All payments are processed securely.

📧 Billing Notifications: You’ll receive email receipts for all charges to your registered email address.

✅ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund if:

  • You’re not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days
  • You received fewer than 10 job matches in your first month
  • You experienced technical issues preventing service access

Refund Process:

  1. Email refunds@megamindjobs.com with your order ID and reason
  2. We’ll review your request within 48 hours
  3. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

⚠ī¸ No Refunds After 30 Days: After the first 30 days, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

❌ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by:

  • Going to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Emailing billing@megamindjobs.com
  • Contacting support via WhatsApp

⏰ Cancellation Effects:

  • Your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges will occur after cancellation
  • You’ll revert to a free account after the period ends
  • Your data (profile, resume) will remain saved

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • ❌ Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings (for employers)
  • ❌ Submit fake resumes or misrepresent your qualifications
  • ❌ Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without permission
  • ❌ Attempt to hack, disrupt, or access unauthorized areas of the platform
  • ❌ Share your account credentials with others
  • ❌ Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services
  • ❌ Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • ❌ Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff
  • ❌ Post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • ❌ Spam users with unsolicited messages or job offers

⚖ī¸ Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and potential legal action if applicable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

📝 Our Content

All content on MegaMindJobs, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission
  • Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
  • Frame or embed our website on other websites
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any software components

📄 Your Content

By uploading your resume, creating a profile, or submitting any content to MegaMindJobs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, display, and process your content to provide our services
  • Share your resume/profile with employers when you apply to jobs
  • Use anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

You retain ownership of your content and can delete it anytime by closing your account.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

1. No Employment Guarantee:

MegaMindJobs is a job aggregation and matching platform. We do NOT guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment. Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

2. Third-Party Job Listings:

We aggregate jobs from various sources (company websites, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or content of third-party job listings.

3. Service Availability:

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

4. “AS IS” Basis:

Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaMindJobs shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or ₹299 if less).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MegaMindJobs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your misuse of our services
  • Any content you submit to our platform

9. Dispute Resolution

🤝 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with MegaMindJobs, please first contact us at support@megamindjobs.com to attempt an informal resolution.

⚖ī¸ Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, India.

🏛ī¸ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Pune, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Email notification to your registered email address
  • Prominent notice on our website
  • Update to the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page

Your continued use of MegaMindJobs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services and may close your account.

11. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@megamindjobs.com. Upon termination:

  • Your account will be deactivated within 48 hours
  • Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy)
  • No refunds will be issued for unused Premium subscription time (after 30-day guarantee period)

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse our services or harass other users
  • Fail to pay subscription fees (for Premium users)
